Part of the rat race

I've been working at the hospital for 4 years now and aside from the fact that I really do enjoy working with my co-workers, I have stayed for the exact moment when I graduted form nursing school and would be ready to take my place as a new grad RN on my floor and be able to have a job. Well that time has come and I've been passed over for a new grad position and I don't know why. There are a lot of rumors going around but I've decided that I'm above rumors and I have more grace and diginity than to be bitter and upset any longer(which I have been since I found out). So now I join the almost 1500 new graduates searching for a nursing job in the great state of Arizona. Let the games begin!!!
